RefoRC Conference interesting for young scholars

Last week, the Second RefoRC Conference 2012 was held at the University of Oslo. RefoRC is the academic department of Refo500 and wants to offer (young) scholars a podium to present their research. We asked a number of young scholars about their experience with the conference.

Johannes Blomenkamp, cantor of the Evangelische Stadtkirche Durlach and district cantor of the Evangelische Kirche in Karlsruhe, composed a spiritual on question/answer 1 of the Heidelberg Catechism, entitled: 'I am with body and soul'. He dedicated the spiritual to Hans-Georg Ulrichs, pastor in Heidelberg. You can download the sheetmusic from this website.

With an invitation to come to Berlin in 2013, the Second RefoRC Conference in Oslo was closed last Saturday by Tarald Rasmussen, professor at the theological faculty at the University of Oslo. The annual conference of RefoRC, the academic department within Refo500, brought about 120 scholars from various continents together.
