Video “The political responsibility of the Church”

As part of the 8th Emden Conference on the history of Reformed Protestantism, with this year the main theme "Church, theology and politics in Reformed Protestantism" Nicholas Schneider held on March 21st a public lecture on the topic "The political responsibility of the Church". Schneider is Council President of the Evangelical Church of Germany and President of the Evangelical Church in Rhineland.
The Emden conferences on the history of Reformed Protestantism, organized every two years by the Society for the History of Reformed Protestantism and usually take place at the Johannes a Lasco Library in Emden.
The 9th Emden meeting is scheduled for March 2013 and will then deal particularly with the Heidelberg Catechism.
